Minimal assistance will be available to load the larger items. Buyer will need to bring help to load, as well as a dolly, boxes, packing materials, tools, etc. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle and disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials, and moving equipment.WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.
