Bidding will extend on a group of 10 lots for TWO minutes past the closing time if a bid has been placed on ANY lot within the last TWO minutes of the auction. That lot will remain open until there are no bids on that item during the extended time. This only affects lots with last minute bids. Any lot not bid on in the last two minutes will close as scheduled. Once the timer runs out, the lot will close. If you are unsure how much time is left to bid on an item, you can check the countdown timer for the lot you are interested in. Extending the end time for an item does not change the end time of the following item, so lots may end out of sequence. LOAD OUT: Thursday, June 3, 2026, 12:00 to 4:00 pm (* FIRM * pickup times due to school in session and the custodian's schedules) -- There are multiple locations so please read the lot information and your invoice carefully. Minimal assistance will be available to load the larger items. Buyer will need to bring help to load, as well as a dolly, boxes, packing materials, tools, etc. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle and disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials, and moving equipment.WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court ordered sale are subject to court approval.CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined.
