Buyer will need to bring help to load, as well as a dolly, boxes, packing materials, tools, etc. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle and disconnect any and all equipment.
