Any items not removed in the time frame listed, or loadout times will be subject to a minimum charge of $25 per lot fee for moving cost. Large items, and furniture will be subject to a minimum $50 per lot fee. Any items leftover from any of these auctions that have not been picked within 24 hours will be considered abandon and you will forfeit them items and you will not receive a refund. Any items not paid for or picked up during the scheduled pick-up times will result in your bidding privileges being revoked.Our staff will be onsite to aid in the loadout process. We will remove items from the location and bring them to the curb for you. You are responsible for loading items into your vehicle.
