All bidders are encouraged to inspect the product before bidding. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly.
INTERNET BIDDING: We are providing online internet bidding through a third party. We are not responsible if the internet service fails to work correctly during the auction and will not be responsible for any "missed" bids.
AUCTION SITE: All visitors at the auction site are there at their own risk and agree the auction site is potentially dangerous. Regardless of cause, Auctioneer or its agents will not be responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site.
ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: Failure to sign your contract and pay your deposit may result in a nonrefundable, administrative fee of $2500 charged to the credit card you provided at registration.
