The credit card used to register for the auction will be charged at the conclusion of the sale unless you intend to pay by cash. If paying by cash, you must notify us prior to the close of the auction.Bidding & Closing: This auction will feature a staggered close, with one lot closing every 30 seconds beginning at 6:00 PM. For example, Lot 1 will close at 6:00 PM, Lot 2 at 6:00:30 PM, Lot 3 at 6:01 PM, and so on. The auction will also feature 5-minute extended bidding on each lot. If a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes of a lot’s closing time, that lot will automatically extend for an additional 5 minutes, allowing all bidders a fair opportunity to place their final bids.Pick-up must take place during the published pick-up times only. All items must be removed from the Chilhowee View Community Center on the scheduled day of pick-up. Please bring any necessary help, packing materials, and equipment needed to safely remove your purchases.
