Due to staggered endings and extended bidding, auctions rarely end completely at the scheduled end time.A4 – This auction also features MAXIMUM BIDDING. When you place your MAX BID, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If someone has already entered a MAX BID on an item you are bidding on, the system will automatically bid for you until you are the current high Bidder or you reach your MAX BID. You can also click on MY ITEMS and view all the individual items you have ever won through our website.PAYMENTP1 – All accounts must be settled by the conclusion of the auction Pickup unless specifically outlined otherwise. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards, cash, cashier’s check, wired money or in-state personal check (PHOTO ID REQUIRED). Cash and/or check will only be accepted in person at the Pickup or in our office. No out of state checks will be accepted. Payment must be made prior to loading items. You may be subject to a fee for leaving items behind.L4 - The exact start and end times of Pickup will be relayed to winning bidders via email with paid invoice or scheduling program. You are responsible for ensuring you have your paid invoice. Our office will not assume responsibility for emails that did not arrive at your server.L5 - Any item(s) remaining after 30 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of West Central Auction Company. No refunds will be given. Any item(s) remaining on sale site after pick-up are also subject to forfeit with no refund given.L6 - Items may only be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Paid in full invoice must be presented by buyer or assigned representative prior to loading items.L7 - Any item(s) West Central Auction Company has to haul from sale site are subject to a $20.00+ per item hauling fee. This also applies to individuals who leave part of a lot behind or fail to attend Pickup without prior approval from the auction company.L8 - Anyone who does not pick up their item(s) at the specified pick-up time is subject to a $20.00+ convenience fee.L9 - You MUST bring your own tools, packing materials, moving equipment, and/or manpower required to remove your items at the specified pick up time. West Central Auction Company reserves the right to charge a fee to any buyers that do not bring adequate help, requiring our staff to help move items for a buyer. West Central Auction Company also reserves the right to refuse to move an item that cannot be moved by the buyer him/herself. We will not wait for your additional help to arrive if it is outside the pickup times. Also, you may be asked to wait at the end of the line if you are not prepared to move or load your items in a timely manner. We may request to help those buyers who came prepared first. This policy is designed to keep Pickups speedy and efficient. We need our buyers to come prepared out of fairness to other buyers and to our seller.L10 - If there is ANY damage done to an individual item or the pickup location due to the attempted removal of an item, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the damages incurred while retrieving his/her item.L11 - SHIPPING: Shipping may be accommodated. PLEASE NOTE not all items will be eligible for shipping; it will be on a per item basis. If you would like to request shipping for an item, you may contact our office before bidding to see if there are any arrangements that can be made. There will be no international shipping available. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. The auction company - through the United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS and/or Shipping Saint - can arrange packing, postage, and insurance. Buyer will be solely responsible for any and all shipping costs including pickup fees, postage fees, packing, handling, tracking, insurance and any other associated costs. Packing, postage, and insurance options can be discussed before shipping but not before the items arrive at our office. You may receive communication from Shipping Saint regarding payment and delivery; Shipping Saint does NOT have access to your card information kept on file with West Central Auction Company. We can ship using your own FedEx/UPS account to which we can charge the postage. We don’t have the equipment and materials to do any kind of pallet/freight shipping. If the amount of stuff you want shipped is very large, there will be an extra handling fee for our crew to transport all the items back to the office to be packaged. If you want to hire a moving company or freight transport service that picks up, we would be happy to work with whomever you hire – but they would have to package the items and pick up on our scheduled Pickup Day.SPECIAL TERMS OF SALES1 - All property is sold AS-IS Where-Is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
