This gold-toned wing pin marks another distinct role within Eastern Air Lines' ground operations, with "WORK MANAGER" spelled out in blue enamel lettering across the raised ribbon banner atop full-span, feather-detailed wings. At center sits the airline's later streamlined "L" winglet logo in blue enamel within a beaded circular border, matching the corporate mark used across Eastern's other job-title and supervisory wing pins. The gilt finish shows scattered dark spotting and light overall wear consistent with genuine age, while the blue enamel lettering and center logo remain intact and legible. The reverse retains dual pin-back posts. A well-documented example of Eastern's practice of issuing role-specific wing pins across its management and operations staff.
