This badge carries a two-line title — "CREW CHIEF" above the smaller "GROUND SERVICE" — spelled out in crisp silver-toned lettering on a red enamel banner, identifying it as insignia for a senior maintenance supervisor role. It's built on a bright silver-tone wing frame with sharply defined feather detailing, and the eagle-and-block-letter "AA" emblem rises between the wings in a silver-toned finish. The reverse carries a pin-back closure, fully intact and functional, with no losses to the enamel or lettering.
