By registering you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this auction. The moment an item is sold, the buyer becomes the owner of it and is immediately completely responsible for it. A  10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. Full payment will be due Saturday noon at 12pm after the auction date and before the items leave the auction grounds. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with bank letter of credit. Also accepted are wire transfers ($18.00 charge) and credit cards (3%) service fee. (Max credit card purchases $2500) For all cash payments exceeding $10,000 IRS form 8300 will need to be completed. 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. Loader service will be available Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm and Saturday following the sale from 8:00am to NOON. All items must be removed from the premises by Saturday noon following the sale unless other arrangements have been with the auction team. A $40 fee per item per day may be charged. Abandoned merchandise becomes property of Pennyrile Auction Company LLC. Bidders shall satisfy themselves as to the condition, quality, and description of property before bidding. All information and descriptions are believed to be correct, however, no warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. All property is sold “as is, where is” and all sales are final. This auction is with reserve & the seller reserves the right to bid. TRUCKING: The buyer is solely responsible for arranging the transportation of their purchases. LOADING: Our staff will assist buyers with loading their purchases but will not perform the securing and tie-down of the loads or the items. We are not liable for any items loaded or their securement. If you hire an outside transport company, ensure the driver can handle securing the load independently. Pennyrile Auction Company LLC and its team or associates are not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur. Disclaimer: Pennyrile Auction Company LLC takes no responsibility for accidents or injury. Loading and unloading of large items can be a dangerous process. Though Pennyrile Auction Company LLC will be available to assist with loading/unloading, the buyer understands that using loader service is done at their own risk and agrees to hold harmless both the seller and Pennyrile Auction Company LLC in the event an item is broken or damaged during the load-out process. Buyers may also at their own discretion use equipment and tools that could be harmful to themselves and realize they are doing so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their actions. Despite diligent efforts to ensure the accuracy of descriptions in any and all catalogs, Pennyrile Auction Company LLC does not accept responsibility for any errors in description or conditions. All items are sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS." The items are available for public inspection before the sale, and the provided descriptions are offered as a helpful guide without constituting a warranty or guarantee, whether actual or implied. Upon Registration, the Buyer acknowledges he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth signifying they are in full agreement with these terms. Venue for disputes shall be the county in which Pennyrile Auction Company operates. Unpaid balances may incur a 2% monthly finance charge and collection costs.
