For onsite bidders a 5% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sales price. For online bidders at pennyrileauctions.com the buyers premium is 7% Full payment will be due Friday evening at 4:30pm after the auction date and before the items leave the auction grounds. Payments of cash, check, or certified check are accepted with bank letter of credit. Also accepted are wire transfers ($18.00 charge) and credit/debit cards (3%) fee. (Max credit card purchases $2500) 6% Kentucky Sales tax will be added to the final sales price on every invoice unless a valid Tax Exemption Certificate is completed. Loader service will be available day of sale and on Thursday and Friday following the sale from 8:30am to 4:30pm. All items must be removed from the premises by Friday evening following the sale unless other arrangements have been with the auction team. A $40 fee per item per day may be charged.
