10% Buyers Premium.  Buyer can pay online or cash or card on pick up day.  Cards will be charged at 4 p.m. on Saturday if items have not already been paid and picked up.  Please bring boxes and packing materials.  Viewing by appointment by calling 870-845-9495.  Auction closes April 30th at 7 pm.  This is an online only auction and lots will close starting at 7 p.m. every 20 seconds, any additional bids will extend the time the item is open for 90 additional seconds.  Opening bid is $5 with $1 increments.
Announcements made at auction will take precedence over all printed material.  Estate Sale Sisters and Todd Morris Auction Co. is not responsible for accidents, fire or theft.  Not responsible for items not present on the day of sale.  No item is to be removed from the auction site until full settlement arrangements have been made.
Estate Sale Sisters and Todd Morris Auction Co. consignment auctions are auctions that have items or lots that may or may not have a reserve.  These reserves are private and cannot be disclosed until after the completion of the sale.  Please bid with precaution, as all bids are confirmed bids.  Any item with a reserve can have its reserve lifted or removed before the completion of the sale.
All property is sold in AS IS condition.  All Sales are final.  Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc. will be allowed.  The property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition.  The bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc.

Bidder Verification: The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Estate Sale Sisters and Todd Morris Auction Company will reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event, there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Todd Morris Auction co. reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR TODD MORRIS AUCTION CO. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.  Any dispute between Todd Morris Auction Co. its Agents or Representatives and the Buyers) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Hempstead County, Arkansas. By bidding on the property, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
Agency: Todd Morris Auction Co. Agents and Representatives are agents of the Seller. Buyer and or Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Todd Morris Auction Co. and its Agents and its Representatives from any and all claims, damages, or suits including but not limited to awards, judgments, costs, fees, etc. Todd Morris Auction Co. reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time.
