Estate Sale Sisters and Todd Morris Auction Co. consignment auctions are auctions that have items or lots that may or may not have a reserve. These reserves are private and cannot be disclosed until after the completion of the sale. Please bid with precaution, as all bids are confirmed bids. Any item with a reserve can have its reserve lifted or removed before the completion of the sale.

The property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition. The bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc.

NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR TODD MORRIS AUCTION CO. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary. Any dispute between Todd Morris Auction Co. its Agents or Representatives and the Buyers) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Hempstead County, Arkansas.
