Engine is free but motorcycle does not run. Paint is in fair condition, the plastics by both foot rests are cracked. The front tire needs replaced but another tire is included, the rear tire is like new. The bike has headlight, horn, turn signals, brake light, one mirror, and a back rack. The seat is in good condition.
