Any items not removed in the time frame listed, or loadout times will be subject to a minimum charge of $25 per lot fee for moving cost. Large items, and furniture will be subject to a minimum $50 per lot fee. We will remove items from the location and bring them to the curb for you. You are responsible for loading items into your vehicle.
