The engine serial number is 68536. T

he engine is stuck. The engine is equipped with a belt pulley. The fuel cap is missing as well as the spark plug wires, radiator cap and flywheel inspection cover. The exhaust manifold is broken and the bottom of the air cleaner is rusted through. The radiator has been repaired and is damaged. The Serial tag is broken off but included.
