BUYERS PREMIUM: A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100, you will be charged $115 at checkout.
PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, local check (under $1,500) and Cash. Vehicle assets must be paid using Cash, Certified Check or Bank Wire (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking up any items.
EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 3:00 pm on February 4, 2026. The closing time of all lots will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes on any lot.
FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed and transferred from a Kansas FFL Dealer, Powder & String Outfitters, 110 N Washington, Wellington, Kansas. Please call 620.326.7397 to confirm hours of operation. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of a firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 25% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms).
SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing. FFLs are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you), and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer, including any required background checks; the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick up their NON-firearm items at 222 S Washington, Wellington, KS, on Thursday, February 5, 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle and disconnect any equipment. Please bring your tools, labor, packing materials, and moving equipment.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Items part of a court-ordered sale are subject to court approval.
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes, various equipment may be joined. Please do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the item described, not the photograph. Occasionally, the wrong photo may be displayed. Always read the item description.
CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal, and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.
Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Theurer Auction/Realty reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR THEURER AUCTION/REALTY SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE SOFTWARE'S FAILURE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Theurer Auction/Realty will email registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule an individual item or auction event, or change the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
