Real Estate in the Auction: A 10% buyer’s premium, or $50000 (whichever is greater) will be added to the final bid price to determine the total contract price.
The balance is due at closing within 30 to 45 days, unless prior written arrangements have been made by contacting Tom Abbott at (814) 724-9947
