Firearm information
All Arkansas residents must be age 21 or older to purchase firearms, with a valid Arkansas driver's license.
Out of state buyers that purchase a firearm will have the item shipped to an FFL dealer (federal firearms license) in their area. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by the FFL. The charge will be $25 per gun plus shipping. Guns can be shipped to other Marknet members at no transfer fee (shipping payment still required).
