Todd Morris Auction Company will hold an online only auction for the Deville Estate Auction, located at 512 Pine Street in Winthrop, Arkansas. This auction will be opening soon and will be available to bid on our website. The estate is associated with Greg and Denise Deville. Following his passing, Denise is relocating to Texas.
Bids online will be accepted until the auction begins closing on Thursday, February 12th at 6 p.m. All property is sold in AS IS condition. All Sales are final. With the exception of guns, no shipping is available. Please do not bid, unless you plan on picking the item up at specified times or by making prior arrangements.

Firearm information
All Arkansas residents must be age 21 or older to purchase firearms, with a valid Arkansas driver's license.
Out of state buyers that purchase a firearm will have the item shipped to an FFL dealer (federal firearms license) in their area. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by the FFL. The charge will be $25 per gun plus shipping. Guns can be shipped to other Marknet members at no transfer fee (shipping payment still required). The shipping fee on handguns is $30 and the shipping fee on long guns is $45 for the lower 48 states. For any other state/location, please contact us. 10% Buyer's premium. Complete payment by paying online or on-site with cash or approved check with proper I.D. A credit/debit card payment will have a 5% convenience fee.
