However, our auctions also have what is called an 'Auto Extend' feature. Any bid placed within the final 2 minutes of an auction results in the auction automatically extending 2 additional minutes. The bidding will extend in 2 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for applicable number of minutes. Therefore, the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied and no one can be outbid at the last seconds without having another opportunity to bid again.TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, LOCAL Auction Co. reserve the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Removal times are by appointment ONLY. You will receive an email and/or text from Shipping Saint immediately after the auction closes. You will be offered all available dates and times. Please choose the time/date most convenient for you. Please do not wait because time slots fill up quickly! Removal dates for this auction are Thursday; January 29th (9am-12pm), Friday; January 30th (9am-5pm), and Saturday; January 31st (9am-12pm). Please notify us by text or by phone call to ask for other arrangements.
We ship via Shipping Saint. If you chose shipping instead of pickup, your order will not be processed until the Monday following the last pickup day. You will then receive a shipping invoice that you will need to pay in order for your items to ship. We do not offer shipping quotes prior to pickup, so please make arrangements to EITHER have your items picked up on a scheduled day OR shipped. Please do not wait until the last day of pickup to request an additional pickup time or day.
If you know that you will need additional accommodations, please reach out to Ashlee (770) 519-2375 or Lucian (770) 519-4466 on or before Wednesday to inform us of the circumstances. We can almost always assist you if given enough notice. If you are a no call no show for pickup, fail to schedule pickup, or fail to pay, your credit card on file will be charged and your items will be transported back to our auction house location for a $25 fee. UNLESS prior arrangements have been made with our staff, storage fees of $5 per lot per day will be assessed for your items. Items not removed from the auction house within 30 days will be forfeited.
