  • All bids are Auto Extended 5-Minutes with each new bid within five minutes of ending. 
  • Distances and acreages are estimated and will be adjusted based on a final survey conducted by a licensed surveyor and in accordance with the existing subdivision laws. 
  • Buyer will be responsible for survey cost that will be outlined (per lot) prior to the end of bidding.
