Once you enter the catalog and bidding page, the left-hand side of the page shows a map and tract selector tab. To bid on one of the tracts, select Tract 1, 2, 3, or 4. When selected, a pop up appears at the bottom of the page. Click the “GET PRICE” box. It will now show the amount you have to bid on your selected lot. Until combination bidding is opened, you can only bid on individual tracts. Combination bidding will be opened during the simulcast auction when bids are posted on the individual tracts.
