DIRECTIONS: 5 miles East of Morley on Jefferson Rd. to 130th Ave. North ¼ mile OR 14 miles South of Big Rapids or 35 miles North of Grand Rapids on US-131 to the Morley Exit #125, East on Jefferson Rd. 7 miles, (jog North in Morley 1 block) continue East to 130th Ave. North ¼ mile.
Due to advancing years and health issues, we have decided to cut back on our farming plans, therefore we have commissioned Art Smith Auctioneers to conduct a live auction here on the farm. We would like to invite you to our auction and thank you in advance for your time, consideration and support.

NOTE: The farm was purchased in 1966. Gordon was a professional pilot for 53 years flying jets first for the US Military, then reserves, then air lines and retired as a private corporate pilot. He also raised sheep and cash cropped this farm for nearly 60 years, he was always a farmer at heart! Gordon & Mary Ann enjoyed the country farm lifestyle. Now they have decided to slow down just a little! Nice flock of sheep to be sold for one bid as a flock. Round baler was purchased new and kept undercover. Nice list of guns and other items make this a nice September Auction to attend.
For your convenience we will have some off-street field parking, lunch trailer, wash-up station and porta-a-jons. Loader tractor available Auction day for smaller items

ABSENTEE BIDDING: Can’t make it to the Auction? Absentee bids are also accepted from qualified bidders by contacting Noah 616-633-4254 [email protected] before Auction day. Sorry, absentee bidding is not available for guns.
GUN TERMS: This is a non-FFL transfer therefore all buyers will need a CPL or a separate License to Purchase for each long or handgun, absentee bidding is not available for guns.
