Please bring your Cash to Theurer Auction, 1101 E 16th Street, Wellington, no later than 3:00 pm on Friday, December 19, 2025. All units must be emptied and swept clean by Friday, December 26, 2025, at 12:00 pm. A CASH deposit of $50 per unit is required at the close of the auction. This amount will be refunded if the unit is completely cleaned out by the due date.EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 18, 2025. The closing time of all lots will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 1 minute on any lot. You will need to secure the unit after the auction closes.WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Units must have all items removed and swept clean no later than Friday, December 26, 12:00 pm. Buyers will need to secure their units upon payment.
