We try to list these items as accurately as we can; however, we are not experts on all the items we sell. The auctioneer does not guarantee authenticity, year, make, model, miles, hours, running condition, or physical condition of any item in our auctions.
All bidders are encouraged to inspect the product before bidding. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly.
INTERNET BIDDING: We are providing online internet bidding through a third party. We are not responsible if the internet service fails to work correctly during the auction and will not be responsible for any "missed" bids.
AUCTION SITE: All visitors at the auction site are there at their own risk and agree the auction site is potentially dangerous. Regardless of cause, Auctioneer or its agents will not be responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site.
