Invoices can be paid by cash or check at pick up. 

Any items not picked up at the scheduled pick will be considered forfeited unless other arrangements have been made and approved by auctioneer.

Retention of Credit Card Information: By providing your credit card information, you authorize Mallory Auction Company to charge your credit card for the total purchase amount of any successful bid plus buyer's premium, associated KY sales tax, and credit card surcharges, and Handling Fees (if any). You also agree that Mallory Auction Company will keep your credit card information on file so long as you maintain an account with Mallory Auction Company. Sales Tax: 6% Kentucky Sales Tax will be charged to applicable buyers. If you are tax exempt, YOU MUST SUBMIT A TAX EXEMPT FORM to the Auctioneer by EMAIL to [email protected] when you are registering to bid. No exceptions!

Buyer’s Premium: A buyer's premium of fourteen percent (14%) of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot. Registering and Bidding/Participation Requirements: Name, address, daytime phone number, VALID email address, and a Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval. 

Checkout/Pick up Location:  Frankfort, KY Pickup is on set days only in Frankfort, KY all items must be picked up on or shipping arrangements made by December 7th. 12:00PM-4PM

Shipping Instructions: Mallory Auction Company can make shipping arrangements ( seller will be responsible for shipping cost and there will be an additional packaging fee! - The buyer is obligated to pay all shipping expenses. Mallory Auction company is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. The Buyer is responsible for all aspects of shipping.

Special Terms of this Online Sale:
1. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you be the winning bidder.
2. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults and without warranty.
3. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
4. Bidder inspection is encouraged!!!!!
5. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
6. The Auction Company Reserves the right to reject any bid.
7. There will be KY Sales Tax added to the final price.
8. 14% Buyers Premium added to winning bid to determine the final purchase price (4% cash/check discount), plus KY sales tax.
9. The Auction Company reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
10. Any Items NOT picked up during the scheduled pick-up day without other arrangements with the Auction Company…will be considered abandoned and forfeited. We will not and do not store or hold any items not picked up.

Mallory Auction company or homeowners are not responsible for any accidents or damaged items.
