For practical purposes, both parties should consider removing oversized items physically by the purchaser rather than shipping them due to the increased cost.MISSING ITEMS PROBLEMS REGARDING ITEMS SHIPPED:We document the contents of each package. We are not responsible for missing items. If we have missed an item in your shipment, our documentation will show that. Please notify us within two business days of receiving the package if you believe anything is missing or damaged. If our documentation indicates that it was not packed, we will forward it immediately at our expense. We are not responsible for boxes opened by anyone other than the owner.
