U.S. Model 1884 Springfield Armory Trapdoor falling block .45-70 rifle (serial number 13655) has 23 1/2 inch barrel with rear sight that has been modified. Standard one piece smooth walnut stock with steel buttplate and sling swivels. No cartouche markings visible. It appears barrel has been replaced and has no remaining blueing. Good condition for 125-plus year old rifle.
