Shipping will be offered on select items using a third party shipping service. The winning bidders will receive a text message and email from Shipping Saint at the conclusion of the auction. Winning bidders will have the ability to select a pickup time or shipping services. Auction company does not control the price of shipping service and winning bidders must pay insurance on items. Third party shipping service will make every effort to make shipping as affordable as possible. Please ensure that credit card on file is active and can be charged at completion of auction. Any invoices over $2500 will require wire transfer (any wire transfer will incur a $20 Fee), cash or certified funds. Pickup- Will be by appointment only Sep. 19th & 20th from 10am-6pm. FAILURE TO REMOVE PURCHASE; The following circumstances shall be deemed abandoned and Buyer will lose any right, title, or interest Buyer may have acquired and the items shall revert and repossess to Auctioneer without further notice to Buyer. Buyer's Premium. Buyer's premium is 15% Payment: By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to allow us to charge the credit card on file if you are the winner upon close of the auction unless invoice is over $2500. Invoices over $2500 shall be paid with a wire transfer or cash within 48 hours of the close of the auction. We accept all major credit cards for invoices under $2500. NONPAYMENT; Any declined credit card payment will have two (2) business days to contact the office and pay with a valid credit card, cash, or check. If payment has not be successfully received with two (2) business days Buyer will be liable for any damages from non performance on auction company and seller.
