Once you are in the Simulcast console, you can view the lot details by clicking the lot picture with "i" under "Current Lot."
If you are unable to attend the simulcast, you may use "Prebid Now" button: 
. This is essentially for leaving absentee bids. This button will be disabled when it's turn for live bidding. You are NOT actively placing bid by utilizing this button.

BIDDING & REGISTRATION
Online Registration: All online bidders must register with a valid credit card and provide current contact information prior to the auction. Registration approval is at the sole discretion of Burgess Auctions.
Floor Bidding: Floor bidders must register with proper identification and establish credit through cash deposit, approved check, or credit card authorization.
Simulcast Lots: Designated lots will be available for both online and floor bidding simultaneously. Online bidders compete in real-time with floor bidders.
Floor-Only Lots: Certain items are designated for floor bidding only and will not be available to online bidders.
Bidder Numbers: All successful bidders will be assigned a bidder number. This number must be clearly displayed when bidding.
PAYMENT TERMS
Buyer's Premium: 15% buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of all lots.
Payment Methods:
Cash 3% Discount
Check with proper identification
Credit/Debit Cards (3% convenience fee applies)
Wire Transfer (for large purchases)
Payment Due: Full payment is due on sale day. Items not paid for by close of business may be resold at buyer's risk and expense.
Sales Tax: Indiana sales tax (7%) will be added to all purchases unless proper resale certificate is provided.
ONLINE BIDDING TERMS
Technology: Burgess Auctions is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, website malfunctions, or technical difficulties that may prevent bidding.
Maximum Bids: Online bidders may leave maximum (absentee) bids. The system will bid automatically up to your maximum amount.
Bid Confirmation: Online bidders should monitor their bidding status throughout the auction. Failure to receive bid confirmations does not invalidate successful bids.
Credit Card Authorization: Online bidders' credit cards will be charged at the close of business on Monday
INSPECTION & CONDITION
Preview Hours:
Friday, August 8: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday, August 9: 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Condition Reports: All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults and defects. Condition reports may be requested for specific lots but are provided as a courtesy only.
Buyer Responsibility: Bidders are strongly encouraged to preview items in person or arrange for professional inspection. Online bidders bid at their own risk regarding condition and authenticity.
No Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
PICKUP & REMOVAL
Pickup Times:
Saturday, August 9: Immediately following your purchase until 5:00 PM
Monday, August 11: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Storage Fees: Items not removed by Monday, August 11 at 5:00 PM will incur storage fees of $5 per lot per day.
Removal Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for proper packing, loading, and removal of all items. Burgess Auctions staff may assist but assumes no liability for damage during removal.
Large Items: Buyers of large furniture or heavy items should bring appropriate help and equipment for removal.
SHIPPING
Shipping Available: Burgess Auctions can arrange shipping for most items at buyer's expense and risk.
Packing & Handling: Professional packing and handling fees apply in addition to shipping costs.
Insurance: Shipping insurance is recommended and available at buyer's expense.
Shipping Timeframe: Allow 5-10 business days for shipping arrangements.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Auctioneer's Discretion: The auctioneer reserves the right to:
Reject any bid
Advance bidding at their discretion
Resolve bidding disputes
Re-offer any lot
Group or separate lots
Announcements: Any announcements made sale day take precedence over printed materials or online descriptions.
Liability: Burgess Auctions and consignors assume no liability for accidents, theft, or damage to persons or property while on the premises.
Disputes: Any disputes must be settled on sale day. After settlement and removal of items, no claims will be considered.
Photography: Buyers consent to photography and use of images for promotional purposes.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
Authentication: While every effort is made to accurately describe items, Burgess Auctions does not guarantee authenticity, attribution, or condition beyond printed descriptions.
Jewelry Descriptions: Jewelry descriptions including weights, sizes, and quality assessments are estimates provided as a courtesy and should not be considered certified appraisals.
Reserve Rights: Burgess Auctions reserves the right to bid on behalf of consignors up to reserve amounts.
Personal Property: Burgess Auctions is not responsible for personal property left at the sale site.
