Welcome to Beloit Auction!
Unless otherwise noted in the lot description, all items in this auction are located at Beloit Auction, 534 W. Grand Avenue, Beloit, Wisconsin. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in this auction.
(1) Bidder Registration
You must register to bid. Auctioneer may set registration requirements and bidder qualification criteria at its sole discretion. You agree to provide any requested identifying and financial information. Auctioneer reserves the right to deny or revoke bidding privileges to any individual or entity, including those who have not completed all registration requirements. Any person placing bids without completing registration nonetheless agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All registration provisions are for the benefit of Auctioneer and Seller only and create no enforceable rights in others. Auctioneer or Seller may waive or enforce registration criteria, globally or on a case-by-case basis. By registering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as a condition of bidding. All bids you submit are irrevocable and binding offers to purchase.
(2) Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You accept full liability for any and all activity conducted under your account.
(3) AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS
All property is offered strictly “AS IS,” “WHERE IS,” and “WITH ALL FAULTS,” including any hidden defects, without any express or implied warranties. No statement—oral, written, or pictorial—by Auctioneer, staff, or Seller will create any warranty, representation, or guarantee. All warranties, including those of merchantability, non-infringement, authenticity, and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to inspect each lot personally or rely solely on your judgment and any photographs provided. You accept that all sales are final, with no refunds or returns.
(4) Buyer’s Fee and Payment
A 16% buyer’s fee will be added to the final bid price, plus applicable sales tax. Credit or debit card payments incur an additional 3.5% convenience fee. Invoices totaling $1,500 or more—or containing $300 or more in gold, silver, coins, currency, jewelry, marine items, powersports, trailers, or motorized vehicles—must be paid by cash or wire transfer. Auctioneer reserves the right to require cash or wire transfer payment on any invoice to prevent fraud. Other purchases may be paid by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or debit card. No checks will be accepted. Payment must be completed either online via the link in your invoice or in person during your scheduled pickup.
(5) Pickup and Forfeiture
This auction ends Wednesday night. Pickup is Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Winning bidders will be sent a message from Shipping Saint (our online scheduling and shipping program) to select if they want their items shipped or to choose their pickup date and time. All items must be paid for and picked up by 11:00 a.m. Saturday following the auction. Items not picked up by this deadline will incur a $30 disposal and handling charge plus tax, and your credit card on file will be charged for the invoice total plus this fee. Beloit Auction is closed to the public Sundays and Mondays. Items not picked up by 11:00 a.m. the following Tuesday will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of or resold at Auctioneer’s discretion. If your card on file cannot be charged, your account will be suspended until your invoice is settled or a $50 service fee is paid, whichever is greater. You may also be permanently blocked from bidding or face legal action.
(6) Shipping
If you request shipping, a separate invoice will be issued covering shipping, handling, and insurance charges. We begin packaging items for shipment starting on the Saturday immediately following the auction’s close. Cancelling a shipping request after 11:00 a.m. Saturday will result in a minimum $20 fee to cover packing materials and labor already performed.
(7) Alcohol Purchases
Buyers of unopened bottles of alcohol must be at least 21 years of age.
(8) Firearm Purchases
All federal and state firearms laws will be strictly followed. Background checks are mandatory and must be completed before any transfer. Firearm purchases and background check fees must be paid before the background check is conducted. Buyers failing a background check agree to consign the firearm to an upcoming auction. Out-of-state firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer at the buyer’s expense. A $25 processing fee applies per individual firearm purchase (with a maximum fee of $50 if two or more firearms are purchased). Firearms may be subject to legal restrictions in some jurisdictions; it is solely your responsibility to verify eligibility before bidding. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By bidding, you agree to release Auctioneer and Seller from any liability arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any firearm. All firearms should be inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use, and all appropriate safety precautions should be observed.
(9) Communication Consent
You agree that Beloit Auction may contact you by email, phone, or text regarding invoices, payments, pickup arrangements, account status, or any other matters arising from your participation in the auction. By registering to bid, you also consent to be added to our email distribution list to receive notices of future auctions, promotions, and related updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing and promotional emails at any time by following the instructions provided in those messages. Please note that communications deemed transactional or necessary for the administration of your purchases and account—including notifications about invoices, payment reminders, or auction participation—are considered essential and are not subject to opt-out.
(10) Theft and Tampering
Any person caught tampering with merchandise, altering tags, or committing theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law. In addition, such individuals will be permanently banned from participating in any future auctions and prohibited from entering our facilities.
(11) Descriptions and Inspection
Descriptions, announcements, and images are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for inspecting items and determining suitability before bidding.
(12) Binding Contract
Under UCC 2-328, each final bid constitutes a legally binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your purchases and are encouraged to retrieve items promptly.
(13) Packing and Loading
Buyers must bring their own labor, vehicles, boxes, and materials. Beloit Auction does not provide assistance with loading or moving purchases.
(14) Auctioneer Participation
Auctioneer and staff may bid on and purchase items in any auction.
(15) Staggered Closing
Auction lots will close on a staggered schedule. Each item has a scheduled closing time.
(16) Soft Close
If a bid is placed within the final 90 seconds of a lot’s scheduled closing time, bidding on that lot will be extended by an additional 90 seconds. This process repeats until no further bids are placed in the last 90 seconds.
(17) Technology Disclaimer
Auctioneer is not liable for service interruptions, errors, or system failures and does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the auction platform. Auctioneer may void any sale or temporarily suspend bidding due to technological issues, at its sole discretion. Auctioneer’s decision in such matters is final.
(18) Jurisdiction and Legal Fees
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Rock County, Wisconsin. Beloit Auction will be entitled to recover all legal costs, time, and attorney fees incurred in enforcing these Terms and Conditions.

Pickups: We will be using an online scheduler to schedule all pickups for this auction. Winning bidders will be emailed after the auction ends and will need to choose to have their item(s) shipped or select a specific time slot to arrange pickup. This will allow us to schedule the amount of people onsite at the building at specific times to ensure a more safe and efficient pickup. Pickup hours are during the three days following this auction: Thursday from 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Friday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. BRING YOUR OWN LOADING HELP AND PACKING SUPPLIES. All items need to be paid for and picked up by 11:00 AM on Saturday or a $20 late pickup charge (plus applicable tax) will be added to your invoice. Your credit card on file will then be charged for the full amount of your invoice and the late pickup fee. You will lose all ownership rights and these items will then be resold if they are not picked up by 11:00 AM on Tuesday. If the payment does not go through to your card on file, your account will be suspended until this invoice is paid off or a $50 service charge is paid (whichever amount is higher of the two). You may also be blocked from future bidding if the items are not paid for or picked up. Purchases requiring shipping will have the shipping, handling, and insurance charges sent to the buyer on a separate invoice. If you request shipping and then decide to cancel your shipping request after 11:00 AM on Saturday, a minimum $20 charge will be assessed for the time spent picking and packing your items and for the packing materials.
