Delores Logue had a love of the arts and also had collected travel artifacts. Her home is very clean and organized and you can see that by the pictures of her personal property.
Some of the items featured in her personal property:

- Beautifully restored bedroom set
- Clothing
- Large assortment of prints and art
- Storage shelving galore
There will NOT be a public viewing of items, but feel free to reach out if you have specific questions about any of the items pictured.
There is a 10% Buyer's Premium. There are dozens of empty legal sized boxes on site that sellers are able to use to pack up their items. They will be on a first come basis. Some items are indicated to be in the basement. There is a walk-out door in the basement, but then a hill that will have to be walked up.
