Auctioneer's note: Winnebago is sold with owner confirmation. It has a loan that must be paid off before receiving Title. Once the top bid is confirmed by the seller, The buyer will receive a Bill of Sale, then the note will be paid off soon thereafter, and the buyer will receive the title by mail. The Corvette, Winnebago, Honda van, and Four Winns trailer are from different Estates and are not part of the Sutton estate.
