Contents in the Auction: A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price(s) to determine the total amount owed by the winning bidder of each item.

The property is being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and without any contingencies. No warranty is expressed or implied by Triple States Family Auctions on any items sold.

Due to insurance regulations, Triple States is not able to assist any winning bidders with removal of contents items from the building where the items are located. Please bring whatever equipment and/or people you will need to remove the items won in the auction.

A seller does not possess expertise in contracting, engineering, architecture, or other areas related to the construction and condition of the items. This statement is not a warranty of any kind by the seller or a warranty or representation by listing agent, any listing real estate broker, any selling real estate broker or their agents.

All items will be picked up on Saturday June 28 from 9-11:00am. Any items not picked up on Saturday June 28 during the allotted pick up time will be considered forfeited and credit cards on file will still be charged. Seller reserves the right to resell the items not picked up, unless other arrangements have been made with Triple States Family Auction Services.
