Should you choose to pay with a credit card, you will be charged an additional 5% handling fee. $5000 max payment accepted on credit cards. Credit card and ID must be present at load out, even for pre-paid invoices. Any bid placed on an item within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes on that item. By registering and placing a bid you agree that if you happen to become a default bidder, Crowe Real Estate & Auction has the right to charge your credit card for the entire balance of your invoice, plus any and all costs incurred by the seller and Crowe Real Estate & Auction in a subsequent resell of the item(s). If Crowe Real Estate & Auction is able to sell your item to the next highest qualified bidder at a price lower than the auction high bid price, the default bidder agrees to allow Crowe Real Estate & Auction to charge their credit card for the difference in their high bid price and the actual selling price to the backup bidder. Buyers requesting shipping service will need to call our office at the conclusion of the sale at 989-720-7355. Buyers that have requested shipping will have a separate invoice emailed and texted to them with a pay link. Auction invoices and shipping invoices must be paid before any item will be sent out. While Crowe Real Estate & Auction packs all items to the best of their ability and as safe as possible, all shipped items will be insured for the invoice amount. If a greater insurance amount is wanted, the buyer must request the amount before the packaging process begins. Once items leave the auction facility, Crowe Real Estate & Auction is not responsible for broken or damaged goods upon arrival to customer.
