PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING AUCTION INFORMATION BEFORE BIDDING:

The items from this estate are being auctioned off in multiple auctions beginning in May. There are TONS of sports and collectible cards, NASCAR items, artwork, and collectibles. Future auctions will contain more of these as well as an assortment of tools and other home items.

The estate has sorted and photographed the items. If you have specific questions about any of the lots, please email pearceauction@auctionbypearce.com and we will make a list of all of the questions for Monica to get more pictures/information of when she is onsite in Jasper.

Bidding for Auction #1 will be open from Saturday, April 19th - Monday, May 5th.

Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Card and Money Wire. We accept Mastercard, Discover and Visa up to $2,500/Invoice. We do not accept American Express. There is now a 3% fee for ALL card payments.

ALL Payments must be made no later than May 7th. Failure to do so can result in being blocked from bidding in future auctions. The card on file will be charged for any invoice not paid by 4:00 on May 7th.

There is a 15% buyer's premium.
This auction features a staggered ending that will show up on the final day(s) of the auction. The exact time left on each lot will show up on the website. Please note: Bidding does NOT end on ALL of the items at 7:00.

Staggered Closing: Auctions that begin to close and progress at a certain rate of lots instead of at one specific time. For example, an auction will close five lots every five minutes beginning at a certain time. This will be listed in the terms of the auction.
This auction also features the 5 minute bid extension. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, it extends that item back to 5 minutes and continues extending every time a bid is placed within the 5 minute countdown.

Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and thecomputer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 5 minutes. The bidding will extendin 5 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there areno more bids, and the lot sits idle for 5 minutes.
