Due to Illinois state firearms laws, this firearm is Not For Sale to Illinois residents.
All Federal firearms laws will be complied with. Background checks will be conducted on ALL firearm purchases as required by law. Firearms and the required background check must be paid for before we will conduct the background check. Failure to pass the background check or not legally being able to own a firearm or firearms (such as the case with an Illinois resident and an assault style weapon) will result in the buyer paying a 25% restocking fee based on the high bid price they paid for each firearm they are not allowed to purchase. Any out of state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL (buyer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges). For buyers who purchase firearms, to be compliant with federal and state regulations we must do background checks and process the required paperwork for which there is an additional $25.00 processing fee per long gun or handgun purchased (with a maximum charge of $50 regardless of how many guns of either type the buyer purchases). Some firearms may not be legal in all locations. Not for sale where prohibited. Check local laws and ask/get answered all questions before bidding. You acknowledge and agree that all sales are final with no refunds or returns. As a precondition of participating in this auction, the buyer agrees to release the seller from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item. All firearms should be inspected by a certified gunsmith prior to loading or firing. Always wear eye and ear protection when shooting firearms. Treat every firearm as if it is loaded. Safety is no accident.
