We are honored to be offering the Wolff Family farmland and building sites at public auction.  The farm comprises 385+/- acres and will be sold in 9 tracts ranging from a home on 2 acres to a 117 acre tract of high quality farmland.  There are 4 building sites along N15th Ave ranging from 2 to 12+/- acres.  This is a great area just north of Litchfield between the interstate and Lake Lou Yaeger. The farm has been surveyed and the acres have been adjusted to the findings of the survey.  This property has been owned and cared for by the Wolff family since the mid-1970’s and they have decided to offer it at public auction.  The farmland has been farmed and cared for by Helgen Partners for the past 40 years.  The Helgens have done a great job farming and caring for the land.  The property has had the utmost care and attention through the decades of ownership.  The property has an open tenancy for the 2026 crop year.
