The Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce LIVE Annual Holiday Luncheon Auction will be Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 at the Center for Rural Development. Come join in on the fun! If you aren't able to come in person, please join us in this wonderful online auction where the proceeds goes to directly to Somerset Community College to help locals kids and there college aspirations.
15th Annual Chamber Holiday Auction
You're invited to attend our upcoming Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon and 14th Annual Holiday Auction on Tuesday, December 6th.
This is a very special event where we auction off some of the most beautiful Christmas Decor in Southeast Kentucky. Everything from wreaths, to centerpieces and decorative pieces that are sure to make your home the envy of all your friends.

This year's auction promises to be better than ever!
Proceeds from the 2024 Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce Holiday Auction go toward college scholarships for "Local High School Students" to attend Somerset Community College.
To date, we have raised over $200,000+ and provided 100+ scholarships for local high school students from our past Holiday Auctions.
The Live auction will be held at The Center for Rural Development and will begin at 12:00 (Noon) on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024.
Pick Up Date: Monday through Friday, December 9th-13th, 2024 at the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce Office during normal business hours.
Directions to Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce: Located on East Mt. Vernon Street right beside Zilla Mills & Serendipity at the Orange Door in downtown Somerset.
TERMS:
AUCTION PREMIUM: There will be a 10% Auction Premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the Auction Premium will be the sales price.
Note: All Proceeds from the 2024 Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce Holiday Auction, including the Auction Premium goes toward college scholarships at Somerset Community College for local High School students.
PAYMENT: All payments should be made at the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce office during the pickup week. Checks must be made directly to the Somerset Community College Foundation (SCC Foundation).
Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, Mastercard (with a 3% processing fee (minimum processing fee of $3) or wire transfer. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All purchases that have not been paid by Friday, December 16th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. will automatically be charged to the credit card used at registration, with a 3% processing fee (minimum processing fee of $3).
PICK UP DATES: Monday through Friday, December 9th-13th, 2024 at the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce Office during normal business hours.
All purchased items must be removed by the deadline stated above. Any items not removed by the deadline(Friday, December 13th, 2024 at 4:00 PM) will result in your credit card on file being charged the full amount of the item, plus 10% Auction Premium, with a 4% processing fee (minimum processing fee of $4) & Kentucky Sales Tax (6%).
Online Auction Ending Times:
Ford Brothers, Inc. Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. Ford Brothers, Inc. Real Estate Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the auction ending time will be automatically be reset back to the 5 minutes remaining mark.. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically be reset back to 5 minutes. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.
Staggered Closing: This online auction closes in intervals. Depending on how large (# of lots) an auction is, then we set the auction to close so many lots at a time. It is typically 20-50 lots every minutes. If it is a large auction then it will be 75-100 lots at a time. Please monitor the countdown timer to see when the lot will close. Please check the auction announcements for detailed information regarding these intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a live auction.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event, there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Ford Brothers, Inc. reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor FORD BROTHERS, INC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Ford Brothers, Inc.

Any dispute between Ford Brothers, Inc, its Agents or Representatives and the Buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Pulaski County, Kentucky. By bidding on the property, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
